Julia Glausi is an Agent in the Media Finance department at leading entertainment agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). She works in the Los Angeles office.

Glausi began her career at Samuel Goldwyn Films in 2013. She then worked as an Executive Assistant at Zero Gravity Management, before transitioning to a Junior Executive role at film financier Endgame Entertainment in 2015. She joined CAA in January 2019.

During her time at Endgame Entertainment, Glausi was instrumental in the first three seasons of the Emmy-nominated Netflix documentary series Last Chance U; David Lowery’s THE OLD MAN AND THE GUN, starring Robert Redford and Sissy Spacek; the Chiwetel Ejiofor-led COME SUNDAY; and Charlie McDowell’s THE DISCOVERY, starring Rooney Mara and Jason Segel. Glausi also produced award-winning higher education documentary FAIL STATE, executive produced by Dan Rather.

Glausi graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Theater and Media Arts, with an emphasis in producing. She is originally from Portland, Oregon.
