Pixar Animation Studios has a story development process that is unique in the industry. In this panel, Mike Jones (co-writer of Soul and Luca) and Jason Headley (co-writer Onward) will describe the intensely collaborative way writers work with directors and story artists. Development Executives Megan Alderson and Emily Mollenkopf will walk you through how Pixar scouts writers, matches them with directors, then supports them in creating engaging characters, believable worlds, and compelling stories.
